Editorial standards
Useful explanations start with a specific question and evidence that can be checked.
Sources before conclusions
Each article links its factual references. Primary standards, association guidance and preservation institutions take priority where relevant. A general introduction does not replace a product manual, and older editions are identified when cited.
Contribution and boundaries
Worksheets, decision processes and fictional examples add a practical way to use the background information. They are editorial proposals, not claims of firsthand testing. We do not invent interviews, staff credentials, visits or product results.
Corrections
Facts, interpretations and preferences should remain distinguishable. Use the contact page to identify a possible correction with its article title and evidence. A substantive revision should carry an updated date rather than silently presenting an old article as new.
